Valerie Christian is a founding co-owner, Senior Board Member, and serving as Paragon’s Vice President with executive responsibilities for human resources, employee recruitment and retention, corporate-wide benefits, insurance, and employee morale.

She brings 30+ years of medical and patient care experience , which includes a background in supervisory positions. Valerie’s career in Nursing has been a valuable asset to Paragon’s biomedical business development unit.

Valerie has also served as interim Middle School Youth Director and Sunday school teacher at Covenant Presbyterian church.

Leaving Nursing after 35 years has been a Huge change.

I am no longer helping my patient’s in the hospital, but I do get to continue to make a difference in people’s lives through Paragon.

Everything that Paragon does helps to improve lives or save lives or make the world a safer place.
